This policy explains what information Construit Démo collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Through the contact and quote forms: your name, email, phone, work address and project description, with the sending IP address (spam protection). In the office software: customer, supplier and employee information entered by the company, and punched hours. If an employee agrees, their location is recorded once on arrival at the job site.

Why

To answer you, prepare quotes, carry out the work, invoice and pay. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

Cookies and third-party tools

Only a few technical cookies: the sign-in session, the chosen language (1 year), the trusted device for two-step verification (30 days) and, for employees who ask for it, the field app sign-in (90 days). No analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served by our own server. Dispatch texts to employees go through Twilio.

Retention and rights

Information is kept as long as needed for the purposes above and for tax obligations. You can ask to access it, have it corrected or deleted.
